Transcripts
Transcript Requests
- Students must fill out a transcript request form in the counseling office to request initial transcripts to be sent to an institution.
- If a student is 18, they can sign their own transcript request; if not, parents are required to sign the request.
- All students get three free transcript requests; every additional request costs $4.
- The counseling office cannot send official transcripts to parents, students, or coaches electronically.
- Seniors are responsible for submitting a final transcript request at the end of their Senior year to the college they plan on attending.
